Job summary

EZFacility is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Learning Systems Specialist to deliver high-quality client training and architect a scalable onboarding experience. You will balance live Zoom sessions with AI-powered, self-guided modules to reduce live hours and increase adoption.

You will design structured learning tracks, build a library of tutorials and knowledge articles, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to improve onboarding metrics and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software training, onboarding, customer success, or related field.
• Experience creating structured learning programs, training plans, or onboarding flows.
• Ability to translate complex product functionality into simple learning experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, client-first mindset and commitment to customer success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live (Zoom-based) training for basic and advanced software usage across EZFacility products.
• Assess client goals and develop customized onboarding plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to keep onboarding on schedule.
• Design scalable self-guided onboarding tracks and learning resources.
• Own and optimize the digital adoption platform and LMS implementations.
• Use AI to update training content and create knowledge resources.
