Job summary

EASE Logistics is seeking a Training & Development Manager to own the company’s learning strategy and chair workforce development initiatives. You will partner with department leaders to design onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs aligned to business priorities and culture.

The role emphasizes practical instruction, evaluation, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will design curricula, facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and ensure effective use of AI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in corporate training, learning and development.
• Experience owning learning programs from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation.
• Experience with LMS platforms and modern learning technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives the organization’s learning and development strategy.
• Leads onboarding, training, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
• Develops curricula, e-learning modules, guides, and assessments.
• Trains across departments and equips managers to deliver consistent training.
• Maintains Learning Management System content, scheduling, and reporting.
