Job summary

EZFacility, Inc. is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Learning Systems Specialist to train new clients and architect scalable onboarding experiences. You will deliver live Zoom sessions and create self-guided tracks, videos, and LMS content to reduce live training hours.

You will leverage an AI-enabled approach to personalize onboarding, track progress in Salesforce, and partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive faster time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in software training, customer onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
Ability to translate complex product functionality into simple, approachable learning experiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely onboarding.

Responsibilities

Deliver live Zoom-based onboarding and training sessions for new EZFacility clients.
Design scalable, self-guided onboarding tracks and learning resources.
Own and optimize the digital adoption platform and LMS for structured training.
Integrate AI to create dynamic, reusable training content and summaries.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Support, and Product teams to improve onboarding.
Track metrics such as onboarding completion rates and time-to-value.
