Fluence in Houston seeks a Training & Development Manager to design, develop, and administer onboarding and continuous learning programs. The role requires four in-office days and hands-on LMS stewardship, content creation, and live facilitation.

You'll produce modular e-learning with Articulate 360 Rise, manage Absorb LMS, create SOPs with Scribe, and edit training videos using Synthesia and Adobe Premiere, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of instructional design and content development experience.
• Articulate 360 Rise experience required for interactive e-learning.
• LMS Administration including users, courses, and reporting preferred.
• Facilitation of live or virtual onboarding sessions.
• Experience creating SOPs with Scribe or similar tools.
• Video production and editing with Synthesia and Adobe Premiere.
• Content management on SharePoint or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and modularize onboarding and continuous learning content.
• Maintain LMS content, assignments, and permissions; generate reports.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions across departments.
• Create and maintain SOPs; integrate into training materials.
• Produce and edit training videos using Synthesia and Premiere.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment.
