Job summary

Aperia Solutions seeks a Salesforce Training and Enablement Specialist to design persona-based learning as part of a unified Salesforce rollout. You will translate complex workflows into role-specific learning and build a scalable training library with multi‑modal content for frontline teams.

You will work with the CoE, Salesforce Professional Services, and stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Servicing, Onboarding, and Underwriting to drive adoption, measure outcomes, and sustain enablement

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Salesforce instructional design or L&D with 2+ years in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Ability to design persona-based training reflecting real role usage.
• Experience creating multi-modal content: walkthroughs, e-learning, job aids, articles.

Responsibilities

• Design persona-based training for four core roles within Pathways framework.
• Develop multi-modal content: walkthroughs, guides, e-learning, job aids.
• Facilitate live and virtual training across cohorts and workshops.
• Measure adoption KPIs and coordinate LMS content (Easygenerator/SuccessFactors).
