Job summary

Texture is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and early adoption, moving clients from contract to first value. You will work directly with customers and partner with Delivery leadership, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience.

This hands-on role emphasizes structured delivery processes, clear communication, and scalable onboarding.

Qualifications

3-5 years in implementation, onboarding, customer support, or delivery roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SaaS tools and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end onboarding for new customers using defined frameworks and playbooks.
Support customer configuration, setup, and training to enable early product adoption.
Track onboarding progress, milestones, and readiness using internal tools.
Identify risks or blockers early and elevate appropriately.
Ensure clean handoff to Commercial or Account teams once onboarding is complete.
