Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks an implementation specialist to onboard new Roadtex and EchoChill clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement CustomerConnect, gather client requirements, and drive seamless transitions from sales to operations.

The role emphasizes customer-focused process execution, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Remote work with travel up to 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in customer service and process execution.
• Transportation/Supply Chain experience required.
• Experience using PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as onboarding lead coordinating all customer activities during implementation across Sales, IT, Operations and Finance.
• Implement and train customers on CustomerConnect web-based technology.
• Gather information and requirements from new customers.
• Ensure smooth hand-off from Sales to Account Managers and CSR departments.
• Develop Implementation Plans and Timelines (IT, Operations, Product Management, Account Management).
• Partner with Operations to set up account infrastructure throughout the life cycle.
• Collaborate with Pricing to set up customer-specific pricing.
• Aim for 100% client satisfaction.
