Job summary

Roadtex Transportation is seeking an Implementation lead to onboard Roadtex & EchoChill clients. You will coordinate with Sales, IT, Operations and Finance to ensure successful onboarding, training on CustomerConnect, and a smooth transition from Sales to Account Management and CSR.

The role requires strong industry experience, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to travel up to 10-20%. Remote work is supported with periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Roadtex operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key onboarding lead coordinating customer activities during implementation across Sales, IT, Operations and Finance.
• Implement and train customers on CustomerConnect web-based technology.
• Gather information and requirements from new customers.
• Ensure a smooth hand-off of accounts from Sales to Account Managers and CSR.
• Develop Implementation Plans and Timelines (IT, Operations, Product Management, Account Management).
• Partner with Operations to set up account infrastructure throughout the life cycle.
• Work with Pricing to set up customer-specific pricing.
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction.

Roadtex Transportation has become a leader in the nationwide LTL industry, specializing in transporting time and temperature-sensitive products. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state-of-the-art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions.

Position: Implementation is responsible for the successful onboarding of new Roadtex & EchoChill clients. You will act as a liaison for our new clients by coordinating and executing the implementation process. Implementation provides a single point of contact to assist in things such as contact execution, credit terms establishment, TMS carrier onboarding, and training on all aspects of the solution. This is a key role that will lay the groundwork for successful, long-term partnerships.

General Responsibilities

Work environment/physical demands summary:

This position is a remote position (WFH) with the expectation to travel to other locations as needed. The role uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
