Roadtex Transportation is seeking an Implementation lead to onboard new Roadtex and EchoChill clients, coordinating across Sales, IT, Operations and Finance. You will train customers on CustomerConnect, gather requirements, and develop timelines to ensure successful partnerships.

The role requires a strong background in transportation/supply chain, excellent communication, and 5+ years of experience. Remote work is expected with travel up to 10-20% to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key onboarding lead coordinating all customer-related activities during the implementation period among Sales, IT, Operations and Finance

• Develop Implementation Plans and Timelines (IT, Operations, Product Management, Account Management)
• Partner with Operations to setup account infrastructure throughout the implementation life cycle
• Work with Pricing team to set up customer specific pricing
• Assure 100% client satisfaction

Roadtex Transportation has become a leader in the nationwide LTL industry, specializing in transporting time and temperature-sensitive products. We handle refrigerated and LTL needs by leveraging no sailing schedules, our nationwide network of 32 strategically placed temperature-controlled facilities, our state-of-the-art tracking, and our specialized equipment and warehousing capabilities. In 2022, Roadtex was acquired by Echo Global Logistics. The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions.

Position:

Implementation is responsible for the successful onboarding of new Roadtex & EchoChill clients. You will act as a liaison for our new clients by coordinating and executing the implementation process. Implementation provides a single point of contact to assist in things such as contact execution, credit terms establishment, TMS carrier onboarding, and training on all aspects of the solution. This is a key role that will lay the groundwork for successful, long-term partnerships.

General Responsibilities

• Act as a key onboarding lead coordinating all customer-related activities during the implementation period among all departmentsincluding Sales, IT, Operations and Finance
• Implement and train customers on CustomerConnect web-based technology
• Gather information and requirements from new customers

• Ensure a smooth hand-off of accounts from Sales to Account Managers and CSR departments.
• Develop Implementation Plans and Timelines (IT, Operations, Product Management, Account Management)

• Partner with Operations to setup account infrastructure throughout the implementation life cycle
• Work with the Pricing team to set up customer specific pricing.

• Assure 100% client satisfaction

Education
