Careerscape is seeking a Remote Employee Experience Coordinator for a fully remote role based in Austin, TX. You’ll help shape the employee journey from day one through milestones, collaborating with a supportive team to make colleagues feel welcome in a virtual environment.

The role emphasizes onboarding coordination, surveys, recognition programs, and effective communication, with room to grow into broader People and Culture responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in HR, event coordination, customer service, or a related internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including communications and schedules.
• Schedule and facilitate virtual orientation sessions and check-ins.
• Plan and run virtual and in-person employee engagement events and team-building activities.
• Administer employee surveys, compile results, and share insights with the People team.
• Manage employee recognition and milestone programs.
• Serve as the first contact for questions about policies, benefits, and resources.
• Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation in the HRIS.
• Support offboarding tasks and conduct exit survey follow-up.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple participation/satisfaction reports.
• Partner with managers to improve the employee experience.
