Job summary

jsmcareers is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator (Temporary) to support our Talent Acquisition team. You will own the timely completion of Form I-9 verification and document collection in the ATS, assisting new hires and coordinating with ADP support as needed.

In a remote capacity, you will assist with audits, act as a back-up for the Onboarding Specialist, and help ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining clear, proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have reliable access to internet to use for company-related business.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with field, office, and warehouse teams for timely collection of Form I-9.
• Inspect Form I-9s for proper compliance and store documents in the ATS.
• Manage E-Verify performance and compliance through the ATS/USCIS portal.
• Perform duties of Onboarding Specialist as backup in their absence.
• Participate in quarterly audits of Form I-9 and onboarding documents.
