Job summary

Designer Brands seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support all stages of the recruitment process, from posting roles in ADP ATS to coordinating candidate logistics and onboarding. You will update team reports and ensure open positions reflect hiring needs and progress.

You will also handle I-9 verifications, contractor processes, and compensation worksheets, collaborating with HRBP and the Compensation team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or related HR role.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage ADP ATS tasks: postings, candidate movement, background checks, offers.
• Maintain detailed recruiting reports and update the Open Position Tracker.
• Process requests for job codes/position codes; submit ASFs as needed.
• Finalize I-9 verifications for new corporate hires.
• Administer contractor hiring processes and system setup.
• Support sourcing, screening, and candidate review for recruiters.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview agendas.
• Create compensation worksheets and Total Rewards statements.
• Provide welcome resources and logistics to new hires and managers.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for interviews.
