Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years onboarding, HR, or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data entry and applicant tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance to day one.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to guide candidates through the process.
• Monitor ATS to ensure timely candidate flow and task completion.
• Order and track pre-employment screenings and ensure I-9 compliance.
• Set up system logins and access for new hires; troubleshoot access issues.
• Track and report new hire progress to leadership.
