Job summary

Advanced Group seeks an Operations Associate to support onboarding for Advanced Clinical, Catena Solutions, and Advanced RPO. You will manage ATS onboarding tasks, process I-9s, and maintain employment records, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout onboarding.

You will coordinate background screenings, drug tests, and other pre-employment steps, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and assist with payroll-related administration while upholding wage and hour

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions preferred.
• Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate onboarding activities in the ATS and handle I-9 processes.
• Serve as main contact for candidates, responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure a high-touch onboarding experience.
• Coordinate background screenings, drug tests, and other pre-employment steps.
• Utilize systems to support onboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare and submit unemployment claims and related employment documentation.
