Qualifications

2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting tablets and mobile devices (Mac/Android).
Experience with remote desktop support.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems with customer satisfaction as the goal.

Responsibilities

Provide first response to user inquiries, create service tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting.
Answer phones, escalate issues, and provide remote support for IT queries.
Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware, and network problems.
Travel to local client locations to support installations and troubleshooting.
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
