Job summary

KNF Neuberger, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the OEMs market. This remote position requires regional travel up to 50% and strong skills in prospecting, solution selling, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in account management or business development within manufacturing and can articulate technical and commercial value to customers across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field; BSME preferred.
• 5+ years in account management or business development, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience with electro-mechanical devices, fluidics, vacuum/pressure equipment or small motors preferred.
• Strong prospecting skills and ability to close complex, high-value sales.
• Excellent communication; able to present proposals and write effective communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies to penetrate new customers and applications.
• Collaborate with Account Management to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Manage full sales process from prospecting to closing, including price negotiations.
• Travel up to 50% to meet customers.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with production and engineering for seamless customer support.
• Refine technical knowledge of KNF products to present customer solutions.
