Job summary

Sanhua International is seeking an OEM Account Manager to develop and grow HVAC&R OEM business across North America. This role blends technical expertise, business development, and sales execution to drive sustainable growth while serving as the primary liaison for OEM customers.

You will lead strategic account plans, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Travel 40–50% across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• 5+ years managing OEM customers in HVAC&R.
• Experience with RFQs, pricing negotiations, and product qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers across functions.
• Lead strategic account plans to grow market share and partnerships.
• Own the full sales cycle from inquiry to production launch and post-sales support.
• Drive pricing discussions and contract negotiations using value-based selling.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance and customers on receivables and inventory planning.
• Maintain Salesforce or CRM data, KPI plans, and monthly updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer roadmaps.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to build trust.
• Perform additional projects as needed.
