Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries seeks an OEM Account Manager to drive growth in the Data Center sector focusing on OEMs. You will pair industry knowledge with Siemens automation portfolio to win opportunities and expand account penetration across the assigned base.

This remote-capable role reports to the DI Director of OEM Verticals in the United States, collaborating with portfolio specialists, engineering, and the Data Center team, and up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Account Management or similar.
• 5+ years understanding Data Center processes and drivers.
• 5+ years multi-channel sales experience (direct, distributors, integrators).
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and pursue opportunities across sales networks.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OEM customer market, targets, strategy, issues, needs and value drivers.
• Develop and execute an OEM account strategy to grow automation, motion, networking, and services.
• Maintain the Account Business Plan and track opportunities in SieSales CRM with budget and forecasts.
• Coordinate value-based offers and align terms with the end-user.
• Ensure seamless handover to project execution and conduct win/loss analysis.
