Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Business Development Manager; OEM (Vertical Market Focus) to expand our OEM base in the Southeast. This remote role must be local to Charlotte or Atlanta, collaborating with associates to drive profitable revenue growth across multiple vertical markets.

The candidate will develop opportunities through independent reps and direct selling, using product knowledge to consult and upsell while aligning with Product, Marketing and Engineering for strategic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on vertical markets in Bearings and Power Transmission.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and an active/valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability within key vertical markets (Material Handling, Food & Beverage, Car Wash, Lawn & Garden, Agriculture, etc.).
• Forecast sales goals, market trends, and gaps in Solve product offerings; advise leadership for future product development.
• Maintain sales activity in Solve’s CRM system with up-to-date data.
• Foster independent manufacturer reps to champion Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings and presentations; identify opportunities to upsell and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering to promote best-in-class product lines.
