Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a remote Business Development Manager (OEM) to drive growth in the Ohio Valley by expanding relationships with manufacturers and independent reps. The role focuses on key verticals such as Material Handling, Food & Beverage, and Agriculture, leveraging Solve’s product portfolio.

You will work closely with sales associates and customer solutions specialists to deliver solutions, grow revenue, and ensure smooth product delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience with a focus on vertical markets in the Bearings and Power Transmission industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and an active/valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability within key vertical markets (e.g., Material Handling, Food & Beverage, Car Wash, Lawn & Garden, Agriculture, Aggregate, Logistics).
• Forecast sales goals using market data and identify trends and gaps for strategy input.
• Maintain sales activity in the CRM and update customer data.
• Foster relationships with independent manufacturers to champion Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings and presentations to upsell new products and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to promote best-in-class product lines at events.
