Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Business Development Manager; OEM to expand our footprint in the Southeast. This fully remote role requires local presence in Charlotte or Atlanta and involves developing opportunities in key vertical markets.

You will build relationships with independent manufacturer reps, identify new clients, and drive consultative selling to grow revenue while collaborating with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years outside industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years selling to Bearings and Power Transmission verticals.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and valid driver's license.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth in key vertical markets (Material Handling, Food & Beverage, Car Wash, Lawn & Garden, Agriculture, HVAC, Logistics).
• Forecast sales goals using market data and trends; advise leadership on product strategy.
• Maintain and update sales activity in the CRM.
• Leverage relationships with independent manufacturer reps to promote Solve products.
• Conduct onsite meetings and presentations; upsell new products and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Engineering to promote core product lines at events.
