Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Business Development Manager, OEM for a fully remote role that supports the Ohio Valley region while staying local to Cincinnati. You will identify new customers, expand Solve’s product portfolio through independent reps, and apply solution selling to grow profitable revenue.

You will collaborate with Business Development Associates and Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure seamless support and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside industrial sales experience.
• 2+ years sales experience with focus on vertical markets in Bearings/Power Transmission.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and hold an active driver’s license.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability in key vertical markets.
• Forecast sales goals using market data and identify gaps for product development.
