ABB is seeking an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery. The role is remote in the United States and focuses on driving new business development with OEMs across ABB’s Motion Drive Products portfolio, including VFDs, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.

You will develop and execute 1–3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts, map decision-makers, and expand ABB’s share of wallet, while collaborating with multiple internal teams to win new business.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions.
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation solutions, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Knowledge of OEM business models and machinery applications such as material handling, conveying, and food and beverage processing machinery.
• Strong skills in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office, with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development with OEMs in industrial machinery.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts.
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM execution in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with OEM Application Engineers, Industrial Channel, OEM Account Management, Product Management, and Marketing.
