Nachi America Inc. is seeking a driven OEM Sales Representative / Territory Manager to grow our Bearings Division across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

This remote, home-office role is based out of Texas and focuses on developing new OEM partnerships and expanding market share in industrial and manufacturing markets. You will visit customers, present products, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with engineering and sales teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; candidate should have relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Generate interest and secure OEM customer relationships.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and promotions.
• Coordinate activities with sales management, engineering, and other internal teams.
• Provide quotations and technical guidance to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals.
