Nachi America Inc. is seeking a driven OEM Sales Representative / Territory Manager to grow our Bearings Division across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

This remote, home-office role is based out of Texas and focuses on developing new OEM partnerships and expanding market share in industrial and manufacturing markets. You will visit customers, present products, provide technical guidance, and coordinate with engineering and sales teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; candidate should have relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving growth.

OEM Sales Representative / Territory Manager - Bearings Division

About the Opportunity

Nachi America Inc. is seeking a driven, results‑oriented OEM Sales Representative / Territory Manager to grow our industrial OEM business throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma within our Bearings Division.

This remote position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding market share across industrial and manufacturing markets. The successful candidate will partner with industrial OEMs to drive revenue growth while strengthening Nachi's presence throughout the region.

Bearing industry experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in industrial distribution, power transmission, motion control, automation, manufacturing equipment, automotive, or related industrial sales environments will also be considered.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Generate interest and secure new OEM customer relationships.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities from initial contact through project implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and executive‑level contacts.
• Develop territory sales plans and execute strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Prepare forecasts, business plans, and sales reports.
• Provide quotations, commercial information, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate activities with sales management, engineering teams, and other internal departments.
• Support customers with application guidance and technical consultation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Meet or exceed established sales and profitability goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales, territory management, account management, or business development experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a large geographic territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
• Highly motivated, organized, and self‑directed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling bearings, power transmission products, motion control products, industrial automation equipment, or related industrial products.
• Experience within industrial distribution, equipment manufacturing, automotive, heavy industry, or related markets.
• Established relationships with industrial OEMs.
• Technical sales experience within the industrial sector.
• Knowledge of bearing applications and industrial maintenance operations.

Travel Requirements

• Remote/home‑office‑based position located within Texas.
• Approximately 60% to 75% travel throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
• Regular overnight travel required to support customer visits, training events, and industry activities.
