Job summary

Bearings Plus, the aftermarket arm of Waukesha Bearings, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the Houston market. The role focuses on growing customer accounts, repairing and upgrading fluid film bearings, and delivering turn-key service solutions.

You will partner with engineering and inside sales to quote projects and manage P.O.s, while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires 3+ years in industrial sales, a technical reading ability, and the willingness to travel within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
• 3+ years’ outside industrial sales experience in related industry (fluid film bearings, rotating equipment, oil & gas) preferred.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Work with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes and process P.O.s.
• Coordinate with operations to update customers on project progress and timelines.
• Identify and pursue new relationships with aftermarket repair shops, distributors, and end users.
• Present weekly call reports and contribute to sales planning and strategy.
• Travel locally to customer facilities 4 days per week; occasional overnight travel.
