Job summary

Nachi America Inc. in the Midwest region seeks a District Sales Manager for the Bearings Division.

This remote, territory-based role focuses on growing sales across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships. You will train distributors and end users, deliver technical presentations, and provide application support to help customers select and troubleshoot products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

Nachi America Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to grow our Bearings Division sales throughout the Midwest territory. This remote, territory-based role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in industrial distribution, bearings, power transmission, motion control, or related manufacturing industries.

The District Sales Manager will work closely with distributors and end users to develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent professional experience in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling bearings, power transmission products, motion control products, industrial automation solutions, or related industrial products.
• Experience working with industrial distributors and end users.
• Existing relationships within the industrial distribution and manufacturing market is a plus.

Travel Requirements

• Remote/home-office-based position within the territory.
• Approximately 30% travel throughout Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa.
• Typically 5-6 overnight stays per month while visiting customers, distributors, and industry events.
