Job summary

NTN Bearing Corporation is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Engineer for the Indiana territory. The role focuses on developing and managing OEM relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering technical sales support to customers.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple OEM accounts, drive profitable growth, forecast demand, and travel up to 40% while working from a home office. A BS degree in a related field and relevant OEM sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• BSME or similar 4-year technical degree.
• 3+ years of industrial sales experience with OEMs.
• Large OEM program or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major OEM accounts in the territory.
• Develop new OEM bearing specifications to make NTN the preferred supplier.
• Drive new and ongoing development projects for profitable growth.
• Forecast order levels and understand business drivers.
• Meet or exceed business targets.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
