Job summary

Nachi America Inc. in the Midwest region seeks a District Sales Manager for the Bearings Division.

This remote, territory-based role focuses on growing sales across Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships. You will train distributors and end users, deliver technical presentations, and provide application support to help customers select and troubleshoot products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships throughout the assigned territory.
• Partner with distributors and end users to increase market share and drive sales growth.
• Conduct product training, technical presentations, and customer seminars.
• Provide application support and assist customers with product selection and troubleshooting.
• Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams, management, purchasing, engineering, maintenance, and operations personnel.
• Develop territory sales strategies, forecasts, and key account plans.
• Track customer activity and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Identify market trends and provide feedback to support future product development efforts.
• Meet or exceed established sales and profitability objectives.
