Job summary

ABB Inc. in Ohio is seeking an OEM Account Manager to lead multi-account strategies, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist with quotations, order management, training, and demand generation for ABB as the preferred vendor.

This is a remote role for candidates based in Ohio, reporting to the Area Sales Manager - OEM within the Electrification Smart Buildings division in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with OEM accounts and contract negotiations.
• Strong technical and analytical skills; familiarity with sales tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface for OEM customers, building strategic relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with business goals.
• Monitor market and create value through cross-selling and efficient engagement with ABB.
