Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, preferably ophthalmic.
• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Ability to build and maintain longstanding customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meeting revenue and product goals for the defined territory.
• Develop and execute plans to grow the customer base and drive demand.
• Promote products through payer channels and clinical value conversations.
• Call on ophthalmic specialists and staff to support product adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and internal teams for quarterly action plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely reporting.
