Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
• Ability to absorb product information quickly and offer solutions.
• Experience executing strategic and targeted business plans.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
• Develop territory business by acquiring new customers and expanding the base.
• Drive demand through reimbursement solutions.
• Call on ophthalmic professionals and build critical physician relationships.
• Develop quarterly action plans and partner with accounts.
• Record all sales activity in the CRM accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio and competition and articulate benefits.
• Travel regularly within the defined territory with overnights as needed.
• Comply with industry codes and regulatory requirements.
• Manage expenses and submit reports on time.
