Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Training Lead to drive change initiatives on a major IT project. You will translate objectives into clear change strategies, learning plans, and reinforcement activities that promote adoption and long-term success.

This remote US-based role partners with project leadership and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver training, facilitate sessions, and measure adoption outcomes while planning post-go-live reinforcement and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in public sector OCM or training program development.
• 3+ years in a similar role (OCM Lead or Training Lead).
• Experience in tollway, transportation, or similar industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in training tools, including LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an OCM strategy aligned with project goals.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
• Create tailored training materials for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
• Manage change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Plan post-go-live reinforcement and continuous improvement.
