Job summary

Ibility LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to lead change initiatives for a large federal agency. The role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies to address human factors affecting strategic goals.

The OCM Analyst will guide the future-state organizational design, ensure alignment across people, processes, and culture, and drive adoption with stakeholders to enable sustainable transformation. This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational transformation.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with OCM in IT implementation or ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess OCM and operational readiness.
• Facilitate meetings with government clients and coordinate with multiple business units.
• Document organizational design needs from client materials and interactions.
• Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders.
• Develop training programs and user adoption strategies.
