Ibility is a veteran- and woman-owned company that seeks an experienced Organizational Change Management Senior Analyst to guide change initiatives for a large federal agency. This fully remote position emphasizes proven change management methodologies to align people, processes, and culture for sustainable transformation.

The role emphasizes future-state design, stakeholder collaboration, adoption enablement, and high-quality, compliant deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
• 8+ years of management consulting, change management, or organizational transformation experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• OCM experience with IT implementations; ERP experience strongly desired.
• Strong writing, organization and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess OCM and operational readiness across client environments.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with government clients and partners.
• Identify target state requirements from stakeholders and documents.
• Develop and execute communication plans to drive adoption.
• Define approaches for permanent change capacity and transition of responsibilities.
• Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs around technology solutions.
