Job summary
Ibility is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Analyst for a remote role guiding large federal agency transformations. You will lead change initiatives, design future-state organizational structures, develop adoption and training programs, and engage stakeholders across multiple client units to ensure sustainable transformation. The role emphasizes communication, collaboration, and delivering high-quality change outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field
5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation; ERP experience strongly desired
Strong technical and creative writing skills
Strong organization & planning skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to work independently or with little direction
Understanding or experience working with VA strongly desired
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Ability to interface with SME’s and client stakeholders across the organization
Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Responsibilities
Assess OCM and operational readiness
Facilitate client meetings and coordinate with business units
Engage with stakeholder groups and document requirements
Identify organizational design challenges and provide recommendations
Develop and execute communication plans
Define approaches for change capacity and transition of responsibilities
Apply behavioral tools to assess impact of change
Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs
Serve as trusted advisor to clients
Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables
Collaborate to make the company a great place to work
