Job summary

Ibility, a Gaithersburg, MD-based federal contractor, is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency. This role applies proven change management methodologies to address human factors impacting strategic goals.

You will guide future-state design, develop adoption and training programs, and work with stakeholders to drive engagement and sustainable transformation in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation.
• Experience with ERP implementations strongly desired.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess OCM and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with government clients and multiple business units.
• Document target state requirements and change design challenges.
• Develop and execute communication plans and training programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and ensure deliverable quality.
