Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, communications, information systems, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management activities within technology or IAM initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support OCM activities for IAM programs and projects following enterprise change management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain a reputation and adoption framework for IAM initiatives to build trust and engagement.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and support change readiness activities.
