Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW) in Kansas to join our network. You will deliver evidence-based therapy via the NOCD video platform, manage your caseload, and maintain complete clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.

You’ll receive world-class training, mentorship, and ongoing consultation, with 25 hours of direct clinical work weekly, 2 hours of weekly group consultation, and after-hours availability for member sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed in good standing to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree Required (relevant field).
• Kansas license types: LP, LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultation, training, and advanced treatments for OCD.
• Collaborate with network of providers to guide treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend weekly group clinical consultation (2 hours).
• Be available 10 hours per weeknight/weekend after 5pm local time for sessions.
• Open to treating children/adolescents after NOCD training.
