Job summary

NOCD Inc. in Vermont is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists to join our nationwide network. You will deliver evidence-based ERP and CBT via our video platform, manage a caseload, and document thoroughly using the NOCD EHR system.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required in a relevant field.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Experience with ERP, CBT, ACT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OCD treatment via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain clinical documentation in the NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and training.
• Collaborate with the provider network on treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend weekly group clinical consultations.
• Maintain after-hours availability for member sessions.
