Job summary

NOCD is seeking independently licensed therapists (LP, CPC, CMFT, LIMHP) in Nebraska to join our nationwide telehealth team. You will provide ERP-based therapy for OCD via the NOCD video platform, manage your caseload, and maintain precise clinical documentation while leveraging dedicated marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling support.

Role includes ongoing clinical consultation, world-class OCD training, and 25 hours of direct clinical work weekly.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in your state (Nebraska preferred)
• Masters degree required for role
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT)
• Experience with OCD ERP treatment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform
• Manage caseload and scheduling
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing OCD training
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week
• Attend NOCD training programs and weekly group consultations
• Be available 10 hours/weeknights/weekends after 5pm local time for sessions
• Participate in cross-license onboarding processes
• Be open to treating children and adolescents after relevant training
