Job summary

NOCD Inc. is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists in Kansas to join our network and deliver ERP-based OCD treatment via the NOCD video platform. This remote role requires licensed clinicians with Masters and eligibility for state licensure.

You will manage caseloads, document in NOCD EHR, and participate in training and weekly consultations while providing care to members. You can work from a private location and schedule 25 hours of direct clinical work per week, with some

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree required.
• Kansas-licensed roles: LP/LCPC/LCMFT/LSCSW.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with ERP/CBT/ACT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule; maintain clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with network providers to reinforce treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend NOCD training programs and weekly group consultations.
