Job summary

NOCD is a leading telehealth provider specializing in OCD treatment. We are seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC‑MH) in Oklahoma to join our network and deliver evidence-based ERP through our NOCD video platform.

You will provide high-quality care, manage your caseload, and collaborate with a network of psychiatrists and therapists. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided in a remote, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree Required
• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state
• Oklahoma: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Mental Health
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred
• Comfortable with using technology to communicate
• Private location to work remotely from with reliable internet

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform
• Manage caseload and schedule
• Maintain complete clinical documentation using NOCD EHR system
• Participate in NOCD clinical consultation, training and expand knowledge of evidence-supported treatments for OCD
• Collaborate with network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week
• Attend world-class training program developed by industry leaders
• Attend 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation
• Be available weeknights/weekends after 5pm local time for Member Sessions
• Open to treating children and adolescents after NOCD Child and Adolescent training
• Complete cross-license onboarding process
• Provide proof of completion of required OCD training if lacking direct practical experience
