Job summary

NOCD is expanding its network of Independently Licensed Therapists to deliver world-class OCD care remotely across the United States. You will provide ERP and other evidence-based therapies via our NOCD video platform, while managing a caseload and maintaining timely documentation.

The role offers full-time hours, ongoing clinical training, and collaboration with a supportive team, all while working from a confidential private location with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required in psychology or related field.
• Licensed Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LISW in Iowa or applicable state.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and training.
• Collaborate with provider network on treatment decisions.
