Job summary

NOCD seeks independently licensed therapists in Kentucky to join our telehealth OCD care team. You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform, manage your caseload, and maintain complete clinical documentation.

We support your ongoing clinical development with training, mentorship, and a collaborative network. Remote work is available, with group consultations and evenings/weekends for member sessions.

Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree required.
• Licensed in Kentucky: Psychologist, LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with ERP/CBT/ACT.
• Knowledge and experience treating OCD with ERP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and training to advance OCD treatments.
• Collaborate with network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend NOCD training and weekly group clinical consultation.
• Be available 10 hours weekly after 5pm local time for sessions.
• Open to treating children/adolescents after NOCD training.
