Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Montana to join our nationwide network. You will deliver evidence-based therapy for OCD via our NOCD video platform, while managing caseloads and maintaining documentation.

You will receive training, ongoing supervision, and access to a supportive team that handles billing and scheduling. Enjoy remote work from a private, confidential space with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and licensure in MT for psychologists or therapists.
• Evidence-based therapies experience with ERP, CBT, or ACT preferred.
• Organized, quick and enthusiastic learner with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and scheduling.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation, training, and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions.
