Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Alaska to join our virtual network. You will provide evidence-based therapy for OCD via our telehealth platform, manage a caseload, and collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists to guide treatment decisions.

We provide specialized training and ongoing mentorship, with a focus on clinical excellence and a strong therapist experience.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required.
• Alaska-licensed with a state license (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in good standing.
• At least 6 months of experience with ERP/CBT/ACT preferred.
• Must have confidential private location for remote work and reliable internet.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultation and training to advance OCD treatment.
• Collaborate with network of providers to inform treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend NOCD training and weekly group clinical consultation.
• Be available 5pm local time for member sessions (evenings/weekends).
• Open to treating children/adolescents after relevant training; on onboarding, cross-license processes may apply.
