Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPC, LMFT, LICSW) in Alabama to join our telehealth network. We provide training to become a specialized OCD therapist and deliver evidence-based treatment through our video platform.

As part of NOCD, you will see a commitment to clinical excellence, ongoing mentorship, and access to ERP/CBT/ACT-based protocols, with support from marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling teams.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree required for licensure in Alabama.
• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state (Alabama).
• Experience with evidence-based therapies (ERP, CBT, ACT) is preferred; not required for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD EHR system.
• Participate in clinical consultation, training, and ongoing education in OCD treatments.
• Collaborate with network of providers to guide treatment decisions.
