Job summary

NOCD is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in New Mexico to join our team as full-time providers. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD via our video platform, manage caseloads, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.

The role includes ongoing clinical training, consultations, and collaboration with our provider network. We require a masters degree and an active NM license in good standing, with experience in ERP/CBT.

Qualifications

• Must hold full and unrestricted license to practice in your state.
• Masters Degree required with NM licensure options listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy via NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in NOCD EHR.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network of providers on treatment decisions.
