NOCD is the leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, offering online therapy through a national network of licensed therapists. We connect members with ERP-focused care via our NOCD video platform and provide extensive clinical support, training, and mentorship to therapists.

As an Independently Licensed Therapist in Alabama, you will deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with psychiatrists and peers, and participate in ongoing clinical development while maintaining flexible remote

Formación

• Masters degree required and active license in good standing in your state.
• Alabama licensed professionals (Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LICSW).
• At least 6 months of relevant ERP/CBT/ACT experience.
• Experience treating OCD with ERP preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide diagnoses and evidence-based psychotherapy via the NOCD video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule efficiently.
• Maintain complete clinical documentation in NOCD EHR system.
• Participate in clinical consultations and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with network providers on treatment decisions.
• Complete 25 hours of direct clinical work per week.
• Attend world-class training programs developed by OCD experts.
• Attend weekly 2 hours of group clinical consultation.
• Maintain 10 hours of weeknight/weekend availability after 5pm local time.
